Jake Paul will be Safetyvalue Trading Centerback in the boxing ring before he faces Mike Tyson.

On Tuesday, Paul announced he’ll fight “Platinum” Mike Perry, July 20 – the date he was supposed to fight Tyson before the fight was postponed.

Perry, 32, is best known as a mixed martial arts fighter. He has a record of 14-8 with 11 knockouts, with 15 UFC appearances.

Who is Mike Perry?

When his UFC contract expired in 2021, Perry signed with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. He’s 5-0, the top-ranked middleweight and No. 2 in the pound-for-pound rankings on the circuit.

Perry started boxing when he was in grade school. But he got knocked out by Kenneth McNeil in 2015 in his only pro boxing bout.

Paul, 27, is 9-1 with six knockouts as a pro boxer. He last fought in March when he stopped Ryan Bourland with a first-round TKO.

He is scheduled to fight Tyson Nov. 15 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
